How accessible this website is, the tools it offers, and how to tell us about a problem.
Last updated 5 November 2026.
We want everyone to be able to use this website. It is designed to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.
What You Can Do
- Zoom up to 400% without content being cut off, and resize text in your browser.
- Navigate the whole site with a keyboard, with a visible focus outline and a “Skip to main content” link.
- Use the Accessibility settings panel (button at the edge of the screen, the footer link, or Alt+Shift+A) to enlarge text, increase contrast, highlight links, use a more readable font, enlarge the cursor or stop animations.
- Use a screen reader: pages have one main heading, labelled forms and descriptive links.
- Print the document checklists on the visa and passport pages.
Known Limitations
- The prayer timetable on our staff page and the Google map are provided by third parties, and we cannot fully control their accessibility. A link to each is always provided.
- Airline logos are images; their names are given as alternative text.
