We sell flights and holidays as an agent for wholesale partners who hold an ATOL licence from the Civil Aviation Authority. When your booking is ATOL protected you receive an ATOL Certificate in the partner's name: keep it, as it tells you what is protected.

Your airline tickets are issued by our IATA-accredited wholesale partners, who are authorised to sell and issue international airline tickets on the airlines' behalf.

Visa and passport application help and money transfers are separate services and are not covered by ATOL.
